Hygienic design..

Sobatech continuous dosing and continuous mixing systems have been designed in response to the demand from the food and beverage industry and offer a high level of hygienic construction as standard.

The “hygienic” design can be customized to meet your exact mixing / hygiene requirements.

“Hanging design”

Our continuous mixing and dosing systems can for instance be offered in a “hanging” hygienic design; meaning the complete system is hanging and therefore eases the cleaning procedure of the production environment.

Sobatech CIP system

Cleaning in Place (CIP) is used in hygiene critical industries such as the Food and Beverage industry.

The Sobatech continuous mixers can be cleaned with for instance chemicals, sugar or just water. Our CIP system proved to be a very efficient way of cleaning and is an integral part of our customers automated plants.

High pressure pump with (rotating) nozzles

Sobatech uses a high pressure pump for filling the continuous mixer at a high speed with warm water. In the mixing chamber, (rotating) nozzles are installed.

The water will be injected on the running tools (low speed during cleaning) and clean the chamber and tools.

Hose connected to drain

At the outlet of the mixer, there will be a locker with a seal including a valve. On the other side of that valve, a flexible hose is connected. The flexible hose will be connected to a drain in the floor.

After cleaning our continuous mixer, the valve has to be openend and the water goes through the flexible hose into the drain. After that the mixing chamber is cleaned and ready for production.
