Homogenizing dough

Dear reader,

Today Sobatech executed tests on homogenizing (hard biscuit) dough. This test has been executed by adding a few drops of liquid coloring (Sobatech blue) into the continuous test mixer. This mixer has a milled mixing tool – that tool is milled out of one piece of steel. The results can be seen in the picture below. That is what we call Sobatech’s constant consistency!
