Sobatech is happy to announce its presence at the International Food Machinery and Technology Exhibition in Tokyo. The fair takes place from Tuesday 9 July up and including Friday 12 July 2019. Sobatech will be represented by its valued partner Winckler at booth West 3B-11 in Tokyo big sight exhibition center. We will demonstrate one of our continuous mixers including a high shear tooling. This relatively small mixer can produce up to 4ton of dough. It is used for products that are in need of extreme high shear force to get the required dough development.
